Etihad Airways has announced that it will temporarily suspend its Osaka/Kansai-Abu Dhabi route during the winter season.
The suspension period is from November 22 until March 16, 2026 (departures from Osaka/Kansai will be on the following day). Currently, the service operates six times a week, and there were plans to reduce it to four weekly flights for the winter schedule. From March 17, 2026, five weekly flights are planned.
Passengers with reservations are offered changes to flights via Seoul/Incheon with Jeju Air or Asiana Airlines, via Tokyo/Narita with Jetstar Japan, or via Hong Kong with Greater Bay Airlines, or full refunds. For group bookings, changes are available only via Tokyo/Narita or full refunds.
