Courtyard by Marriott Sapporo will offer the parfait that won the “Shime Parfait Award 2025” starting July 23.
This year’s winner of the “Shime Parfait Award 2025,” the “Winner’s Parfait,” is Chef Patissier Mitsunari Asanuma’s “Hokkaido Fromage and Mango Parfait with Spice Ice Cream.” Featuring themes of “Hokkaido’s charm” and “the joy of travel,” it luxuriously uses cream cheese and mascarpone from Tokachi, combined with marinated mango, yogurt panna cotta, and yuzu espuma.
In addition, they offer two signature parfaits, the “Courtyard Parfait” (1,600 yen) and the “Chocolate Parfait” (1,800 yen), as well as the seasonal parfait “Summer” (1,800 yen).
The “Winner’s Parfait” is available until July 22, 2026, and seasonal parfaits are available until August 30. The location is the bar lounge “THE LOUNGE.” Hours are from 11:30 AM to 10 PM, with the last order at 9:30 PM. Prices include tax and service charges.
