AirJapan has launched an online check-in service starting from flights on July 17.
The service is available only for departures from Tokyo/Narita, and online check-in can be done on the website from 24 hours before departure time. Boarding passes will be sent via email. Passengers with infants under 2 years old or those requiring counter verification need to visit the airport counter.
Additionally, there is an auto check-in that automatically occurs 4.5 hours before departure time, and airport self-check-in machines and counters are also available. Checked baggage can also be dropped off using the automatic baggage drop machine.
