Ferme La Terre opened “Ferme La Terre Biei New Chitose Airport Craft Studio Store” at New Chitose Airport on July 20.
The concept is “Hokkaido’s butter and cheese.” There are a total of 8 types of items, using local ingredients such as fermented butter and Jersey milk, exclusively available at New Chitose Airport.
Their main offering, “Northern Feast Butter Cheese Sandwich” (3 pieces for 1,350 yen), is a sable made with wheat from Biei, Hokkaido, available in Camembert and Cheddar cheese flavors. Other products include Butter Pudding (1 piece for 594 yen), Milky Cheese Sandwich (4 pieces for 734 yen), Cheese Fondue Cake (4 pieces for 1,782 yen), Butter Castella Rusks (6 pieces for 1,188 yen), Butter Financier (4 pieces for 1,674 yen), and Butter Sable & Cheese Sable (10 pieces for 1,620 yen). All prices include tax.
The location is in the area before security clearance on the 2nd floor of the domestic terminal.
