Shinjuku Prince Hotel will offer the ‘Kyoho & Muscat Afternoon Tea’, themed around autumn flavors, from August 16 to September 30.
Starting with the welcome drink ‘Kyoho Ade’, enjoy a glass-style parfait using luxurious shine muscat, raspberry sauce, almond blancmange mousse, and cookie texture in the ‘Shine Muscat Parfait’. It continues with visually stunning sweets such as the ‘Kyoho and Yogurt Mousse’ featuring a glossy coating resembling Kyoho grapes and the ‘Lemon and Shine Muscat Cake’ cutely adorned with thinly sliced shine muscat and white chocolate.
The savory menu includes ‘Kyoho Tabbouleh’ with Kyoho grapes and tofu dressing, and ‘Spicy Grill of Muscat and Chicken’, accented with spices, offering a light balance with the sweetness of the desserts.
The venue is ‘Japanese Dining & Bar FUGA’. The time is from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, with a last order at 4:30 PM and a 2-hour seating limit. The price is 6,000 yen on weekdays and 6,500 yen on weekends and holidays. Prices include tax but exclude service charges.
