JR Tower Hotel Nikko Sapporo will host a summer restaurant fair themed “Fruit & Spice Voyage” from July 1 to August 31.
On the first floor at “The Lobby Lounge,” offerings include the “Mango Magic Parfait” (1,500 yen) featuring tropical fruits like mango and pineapple with the scents of cinnamon and cardamom, the “Lychee Herb Garden” (1,200 yen) which blends chamomile tea with lychee aid, and an afternoon tea set (3,500 yen) filled with seasonal fruits and spice-scented savories & sweets.
At the 35th-floor sky restaurant “Tancho,” they’ll serve a summer-limited menu of domestic eel rice bowl with an added essence of fruit & spices (6,000 yen).
The 35th-floor restaurant & bar “SKY J” provides the “Fruit & Spice Selections Panorama Buffet” (3,200 yen).
