
Super Hotel Premier Akasaka Offers Akasaka-produced Natural Honey for Breakfast from August 1
Mitsui Garden Hotel Ginza Tsukiji revamped the breakfast menu at the 14th-floor restaurant “GINZA ONO Gratia -Smoke Dining-” on August 1.
The main dishes can be chosen from six types: a Japanese set meal featuring wood-grilled fatty mackerel, Tsukiji Yamanaga’s dashimaki tamago, vegetable tempura, and chikuzen-ni; a seasonal seven-vegetable porridge; a Chinese plate including shrimp chili cheese spring rolls and crab pork shumai; pass card-like thick crepes combined with cream sauce and fresh vegetables; French toast with seasonal fruits; Greek yogurt with honey and fruits; and a vegan dish combining stewed mushrooms and seasonal vegetables. Additionally, a mini order buffet allows guests to enjoy main dishes like miso soup, Tsukiji Yamanaga’s dashimaki tamago, Chinese breakfast porridge, and croque-monsieur sandwiches in mini sizes, while a half buffet offers a selection of western-style salads, fruits, bread, and drinks in buffet style.
Breakfast hours are from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM. The price is 3,300 yen (tax included).
