Japan Airlines (JAL) will introduce First Class and Premium Economy on the Tokyo/Haneda-Sydney route.
From September 26 to October 14 (departing from local the next day), the aircraft will be changed to a Boeing 777-300ER, featuring 8 First Class seats, 49 Business Class seats, 40 Premium Economy seats, and 147 Economy Class seats, totaling 244 seats.
Currently, a Boeing 787-8 with 30 Business Class seats and 156 Economy Class seats, totaling 186 seats, is being used. This will be the only route offering First Class.
