Skymark has postponed the launch of the web reservation service for the front-row ‘Forward Seat’.
Initially scheduled to start on July 16, the launch was delayed to August 6 due to issues encountered during service operation. The occurrence of more issues during the reactivation has made it difficult to provide the service as planned, leading to a decision to postpone the launch again.
The cause is currently being investigated and recovery work is underway. The new service launch date will be announced once the recovery timeline is established.
