Club Tourism has updated its website to allow cancellations, payments, and refunds until the day of departure.
Previously, the process for cancellations or changing the number of participants via the My Page was available until the day before the cancellation fee application date.
For cases where My Page support is not available, such as when using travel vouchers or Club Tourism card points, shareholder benefits, multiple payment methods combination, installment payment by credit card, partial refund with credit card usage, or agent booking, the transactions will still be accepted by phone as before.
