Hotel New Grand is releasing a new summer specialty item, ‘Cream Soda Jelly,’ an adaptation of ‘S.Weil’s Bavarois.’
The dessert layers vanilla-scented bavarois with jelly mimicking melon soda, topped with frothed melon jelly, capturing the fizzy sensation of soda. It is available for dine-in at the café area. In addition to ‘Cream Soda Jelly,’ items like ‘S.Weil’s Bavarois,’ ‘S.Weil’s Mocha Soft Cream,’ and ‘S.Weil Coffee Jelly’ are also available.
The sales period is from July 16 to September 15, at S.Weil by HOTEL NEW GRAND Yokohama Takashimaya store. Open from 10 AM to 9 PM, with the last café order at 8 PM. The price for dine-in is 880 yen, and takeout is 864 yen.
