Courtyard by Marriott Sapporo will host a lunch buffet, “South French Provence Fair,” from August 1 to September 30.
They will offer Mediterranean cuisine with herbs and olive oil featuring seasonal ingredients from Hokkaido. Dishes include salads with locally sourced vegetables, classic French ratatouille, escabèche with Hokkaido smelt, roasted lamb shoulder with herbs and spices, Marseille-style bouillabaisse (for an additional 1,500 yen), Tarte Tropézienne, Mirabelle mousse, and Hokkaido corn rolls. A summer dinner course is also available, offering “Langoustine and Rabbit Grenadine,” “Pan-Seared Hokkaido Rockfish,” and “Pan-Seared Hokkaido Beef Sirloin.” Prices start at 8,900 yen. The 1st-floor “THE LOUNGE” will serve afternoon tea using melons and Shine Muscat grapes (4,800 yen) and a variety of summer cocktails (cocktails 1,400 yen, mocktails 1,200 yen).
The venue is on the 2nd floor at the all-day dining “Substance”. Serving hours are from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM. Prices are 3,600 yen for adults and 1,800 yen for children. All prices include tax and service charges.
