Malaysia Airlines will increase flights on the Kuala Lumpur to Thiruvananthapuram route.
Currently, they operate four round trips per week, and from September 12, they will operate five round trips per week, increasing to one daily round trip by adding Tuesday and Thursday services from December 1. Boeing 737 aircraft will be used.
This route was launched in November 2023 with two weekly round trips and increased to four weekly round trips in April 2024. The decision to increase flights was made due to favorable occupancy rates and sustained demand.
Thiruvananthapuram is a city in southern India. Malaysia Airlines currently operates 77 weekly round trips to 10 Indian cities, including Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kochi, Ahmedabad, and Amritsar.
