LINE Yahoo has launched the official app for its travel booking site “Yahoo! Travel (Yahoo Travel)” for iOS and Android.
Similar to the browser version, the app allows you to search over 17,000 hotels and inns, and manage personalized accommodation suggestions, booking confirmations, changes, and cancellations in one place. PayPay points are awarded based on the booking amount, which users can apply for immediate discounts. In the future, they plan to add a push notification feature to inform users of their booking status before their stay.
Yahoo Travel holds a “GoGo Sale” offering over 10% discounts on accommodation rates for 36 hours on the 5th, 10th, 15th, 20th, 25th, and 30th of each month. By combining online card payment at the time of reservation using a credit card, the total accommodation fee can be discounted by over 20%.
