
“Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur” Opens in World’s Second Tallest Building
Hotel Intercontinental Tokyo Bay will hold the “Autumn Hokkaido Fair” from September 1 to November 9.
The event offers specialties such as all-you-can-eat boiled red snow crab shipped directly from Hokkaido (weekdays only), freshly prepared tempura using seasonal ingredients, seafood bowls with a choice of 10 toppings, sushi prepared one piece at a time in front of guests, cold appetizers using Hokkaido ingredients like Ezo venison, skate, and chestnut pumpkin, Ishikari cod and potato gratin, squid ink risotto with scallops and mixed beans, herb-marinated grilled lamb, shellfish broth salt ramen, shrimp miso ramen, and Hokkaido pumpkin red curry. The live kitchen offers teppanyaki sukiyaki rice burgers and roast beef using Hokkaido beef. Desserts include freshly squeezed chestnut Mont Blanc, Hokkaido milk and Kyoho grape soft serve, and weekdays-only Jack-o’-lantern pumpkin pudding, featuring Shine Muscat grapes and marrons.
The venue is on the 3rd floor at “Chef’s Live Kitchen.” Prices start from 5,170 yen for adult lunch buffets and 2,304 yen for children; dinner buffets start from 7,040 yen for adults and 3,391 yen for children. Prices include tax but exclude service charges.
