Yokohama Bay Sheraton Hotel & Towers will offer the night sweets buffet “Sweets Parade ~Shine Muscat & Pione~” on Wednesdays and Thursdays from August 6 to September 25.
The buffet will feature sweets made with seasonal grapes like the beautifully green Shine Muscat and the Pione, known for its large, fragrant flesh and often called “black pearl.” For the assiette dessert, they present “Shine Muscat and Fromage Blanc Parfait Glacé” and “Sauternes Jelly with Mandarin Sorbet,” adorned with Shine Muscat and elegantly finished with delicate sugarwork. Among the sweets, they offer “Shine Muscat Shortcake,” “Pione and Caramel Chocolate Mousse,” “Red Grape Parfait,” and “Champagne Jelly with Orange Verrine,” totaling ten varieties. As for light meals, “Two kinds of Hors d’oeuvres,” “Salad Bar,” “Sandwiches,” “Beef Stew,” and “Scallop Miso Soup” are available. Drink options include coffee, tea, Shine Muscat iced tea, Shine Muscat water-grape juice, wine (red and white), sparkling wine, and white sangria.
Additionally, from August 1 to September 30, they will be selling “Afternoon Tea Set ~Shine Muscat & Pione~” (6,200 yen) every day from noon.
The venue is the lounge “Seawind.” The time is from 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM with last orders at 8:30 PM. The price is 6,800 yen, and for children aged 4 to under school age, it is 3,400 yen, including tax and service charges.
