
ONE@Tokyo by insomnia Reopening in October
The Ritz-Carlton Tokyo has started offering a new signature course, ‘Bijoux’, from August 15.
Under the philosophy that “Even the same ingredient can have vastly different aromas and flavors depending on its origin and growing environment, showcasing the profound richness of Japan,” seasonal ingredients sourced from various regions of Japan are gathered and prepared in ways that suit them best.
The location is the 45th-floor French restaurant “Héritage by Kei Kobayashi.” Reservations are accepted up to one week before the date of use. The price starts from 48,000 yen, inclusive of tax and service charges.
