Japan Transocean Air (JTA) and Japan Airlines (JAL) will continue to upsize aircraft during periods of high demand on the Tokyo/Haneda to Miyako and Ishigaki routes.
From October 26 and December 26 to January 4, 2026, and March 13 to March 28, the routes will be operated by JAL’s Boeing 767-300 aircraft. For other periods, the routes will be operated by JTA’s Boeing 737-800 aircraft.
The Tokyo/Haneda to Miyako route operates one round trip per day, while the Tokyo/Haneda to Ishigaki route operates two round trips per day.
