British Airways has announced its operational plan for the 2026 summer schedule.
The London/Gatwick to Bangkok/Suvarnabhumi route will operate year-round, with three round trips per week in the summer schedule and six in the winter schedule. The significant increase in winter schedule operations is a response to heightened travel demand.
Additionally, the London/Gatwick to Kingston route will be increased from three to four round trips per week to support the recovery of leisure travel in the Caribbean region. The London/Heathrow to Miami route will have two round trips per day, and the London/Heathrow to Dallas/Fort Worth route will have one round trip per day. The London/Heathrow to Las Vegas route will increase from 10 to 13 round trips per week, and the London/Heathrow to San Diego and Austin routes will also have two round trips per day.
Furthermore, the New York/John F. Kennedy routes will be integrated into the London/Heathrow departures to improve transfer times and enhance convenience. There will be nine round trips per day, operated with the latest Boeing 777-200 aircraft.
In the Middle East routes, the London/Heathrow to Riyadh and Doha routes will operate two round trips per day, the London/Heathrow to Bahrain route will operate one round trip per day, and the London/Heathrow to Jeddah route will operate five round trips per week.
