Iconia Hospitality began operating Evergreen Fuji on July 31.
Located at an elevation of 1,000 meters on the northern base of Mount Fuji, the facility offers 80 guest rooms, including 23 standard twins, 3 corner twins, 12 deluxe twins, 2 fourths, 22 fourths with Mount Fuji views, and 11 10-tatami and 7 12-tatami Japanese-style rooms. All rooms are non-smoking with bath and toilet facilities; the twins range from 20 to 28 square meters, and Japanese-style rooms accommodate up to 6 guests.
The lobby features a ceiling with glass decorations. The large communal bath uses mineral water from the natural springs through the strata of the foothills of Mount Fuji, offering views of Mount Fuji from the men’s bath. The outdoor parking lot accommodates 9 large vehicles and 100 regular cars.
Access includes a roughly 5-minute drive from the Chuo Expressway Kawaguchiko Interchange (IC) and about a 10-minute drive from Fujikyuko Fuji-Yoshida Station.
