APA Hotel will open ‘APA Hotel Gunma Ota Station North (tentative name)’ in December.
The hotel has signed a franchise agreement with Hito-Communications and will rebrand the former Nikko Palace Hotel Ota. This is the sixth franchise with Hito-Communications.
The building is a 10-story structure and will offer 127 guest rooms. Amenities include a 50-inch LCD TV, a bedside central controller, APA digital information, free access to BBC World News, video-on-demand, and Wi-Fi.
Access is approximately a 9-minute walk from the north exit of Tobu Isesaki Line’s Ota Station or about a 15-minute drive from the Kita-Kanto Expressway Ota Kiryu Interchange (IC).
