Hulic Hotel Management will rebrand Tokyo Bay Maihama Hotel as “Maihama View Hotel by HULIC” effective October 1.
Tokyo Bay Maihama Hotel opened in March 2007. As the sixth Tokyo Disney Resort Official Hotel, it is located close to Tokyo Disney Resort (Japan). The building has 11 floors above ground and 1 below, housing 428 guest rooms along with food and beverage outlets and banquet facilities.
HULIC made Nippon View Hotel a wholly owned subsidiary in 2019. It acquired the former Tokyo Bay Maihama Hotel Club Resort in 2014 and rebranded it as Grand Nikko Tokyo Bay Maihama in 2020. In 2024, HULIC REIT, Inc. acquired the property for 27 billion yen.
Guests staying on the same day (October 1) will receive one tin of the specially made “Melting Cookies Petit” per room. A commemorative ceremony for media and influencers will also be held.
