
JAL Introduces Airbus A350-1000 on Tokyo/Haneda-Los Angeles Route from June 30
Macquarie AirFinance has placed an additional order for 30 Boeing 737-8 aircraft.
This is its second order. As a result, its order backlog for the type has expanded to 70 aircraft, with deliveries expected by 2032, to meet rising demand from airlines.
The Boeing 737-8 can seat up to 210 passengers and has a maximum range of 6,480 kilometers. Compared to previous-generation aircraft, it can reduce fuel consumption and carbon dioxide emissions by 20%.
Macquarie AirFinance is an aircraft lessor with offices in Dublin, London, San Francisco, and Singapore. It leases 227 aircraft to 84 airlines in 48 countries.
