Japan-based issuer Mitsui Sumitomo Trust Club will revise the foreign transaction fee for Diners Club-branded credit cards.
For Diners Club-branded cards (including co-branded and corporate cards), the fee will be 2.00% (currently 1.30%). For the Mastercard-branded Diners Club Companion Card, Diners Club Business Companion Card, Diners Club Premium Companion Card, and Diners Club Corporate Companion Card, the fee will be 3.63% (currently 2.00%).
The revision applies to transactions whose sales data are processed on or after December 1. No foreign transaction fee will be charged for overseas cash advance services.
