Japan Airlines (JAL) ended its Cantonese-language service at its Hong Kong call center on September 8.
The Cantonese service had been available from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday (excluding Hong Kong public holidays).
After the discontinuation, support will be available in Japanese, English, and Chinese. The call center’s hours are 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., open daily. For inquiries about JAL Mileage Bank: in Japanese, Monday through Friday (excluding Japanese public holidays) from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; in English and Chinese, Monday through Friday (excluding Hong Kong public holidays) from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. All times are Hong Kong Time.
