APA Group has acquired hotel development sites in Otemachi and Toranomon in Tokyo, Japan.
“APA Hotel 〈Otemachi Station North〉” will be a 12-story property with 261 guest rooms planned. The opening is targeted for around spring 2027. Access includes about an 8-minute walk from Tokyo Metro Otemachi Station, among others.
“APA Hotel 〈Shimbashi Toranomon〉” will be a 15-story property with 207 guest rooms planned. The opening is targeted for around winter 2028. Access includes about a 4-minute walk from Tokyo Metro Toranomon Station and JR Shimbashi Station, among others.
In addition, the currently operating APA Hotel 〈Shimbashi Toranomon〉 will be renamed “APA Hotel 〈Shimbashi Toranomon Hills Station East〉”.
