Japan’s Hotel Universal Port to Host Halloween Fair, Sep 4–Nov 3

Hotel Universal Port in Japan will hold a “Halloween Fair” from September 4 through November 3.

The dinner buffet “Autumn Flavors & Halloween Fair” features distinctive items such as the horror-themed “Finger Omurice” and the lively “Halloween Caprese,” along with seasonal dishes made with autumn vegetables, including “Tempura” and “Purple Sweet Potato Quiche.” Venue: “Port Dining RICO RICO.” Hours: 5:30 p.m.–9:30 p.m. (last entry 9:00 p.m.). Prices: Adults 6,000 yen; elementary school students 3,500 yen; preschoolers 1,800 yen. Tax and service charge included.

The “Stay Plan with Halloween Party Menu” is an accommodation plan that lets you enjoy takeout items such as “Halloween Pizza,” “Skeleton Hand Popcorn,” “Halloween Cup Salad,” and “Halloween Donuts,” so you can relax and enjoy a party-style stay in your room. Rates start at 13,200 yen per person based on four guests per room. Consumption tax and service charge included; accommodation tax extra.

The “Halloween Sweets Fair” offers three limited-time desserts: the “Black Eye”—a monster-eyed treat (700 yen)—and the “Halloween Tart” in “Purple Sweet Potato” and “Pumpkin” (650 yen).
