Heiwa Real Estate will open “Caption by Hyatt Kabutocho Tokyo” on October 7 in Tokyo, Japan.
The building has 12 floors above ground, 1 basement level, and 1 penthouse level. The hotel offers 195 guestrooms in four categories: 93 Standard, 56 High Floor, 41 Deluxe, and 5 Suite rooms. Interiors feature high ceilings and extensive use of wood, with art and illustrations inspired by Kabutocho’s history and culture. At the heart of the hotel is “Talk Shop,” a multifunctional space that integrates a restaurant, café, bar, and reception. A fitness room is also available on site. Dining options include items such as burgers and green salads.
For members of the World of Hyatt loyalty program, 500 bonus points will be awarded per night for eligible stays from October 7 through January 31, 2026.
