
Japan’s Seibu Prince Hotels Worldwide to Fully Acquire Ace Group International
Conrad Tokyo will host the “Chef’s Treat Lunch Buffet – Autumn Harvest Festival” starting September 1.
Celebrating seasonal flavors sourced from across Japan, including Hokkaido Pacific saury (sanma), Tosa bonito (katsuo from Kochi), and Aso chestnuts (Kumamoto), the buffet spans Japanese, Western, and Chinese menus. Guests can choose one main from five options: “Seared Hokkaido scallops with hair crab risotto and sea urchin feuillantine,” “Beignet of domestic tiger pufferfish (torafugu) and maitake mushrooms with herb sauce and iburigakko tartar,” “Sauteed Shinshu Alps beef, Rossini-style (+2,000 yen),” “Ballotine of Hinata chicken and kuruma prawn with yuzu-kosho sauce and yakuzen (herbal) salad,” or “Bouillabaisse featuring seafood from Kyushu.” Appetizers include “Pressed stick sushi (bo-zushi) of blackthroat seaperch (nodoguro)” and “Pressed terrine of Hokkaido Pacific saury and eggplant with tomato consomme.” Desserts feature “Aso chestnut Mont Blanc tart,” “Noto roasted sweet potato pastry,” and “Pear and Hokkaido cream cheese mousse.”
The buffet runs on weekdays from September 1 to November 14, and additionally on September 15 and 23, October 13, and November 3. The venue is the all-day dining restaurant Cerise. Seating is from noon until 1:30 p.m. (last entry). The time limit is 120 minutes, with last orders 30 minutes before the end.
Pricing: Standard plan 6,500 yen; ages 3–5: 2,000 yen; ages 6–12: 3,000 yen. The Conrad Bear plan is 8,700 yen with a Halloween bear from September 1 to October 31, and 7,700 yen with the original bear from November 3 to 14. Tax and service charge included.
