Thai Airways Introduces No-Show Fees for Royal Orchid Plus Award Tickets

Thai Airways International will introduce no-show fees for Royal Orchid Plus award tickets.

For flights departing on or after October 1, changes or refunds made from 4 hours before departure for domestic flights within Thailand, and from 24 hours before departure for international flights, will be treated as no-shows and will incur fees.

For changes, the fee will be 1,500 Thai baht or 50 U.S. dollars for domestic flights within Thailand; 5,000 Thai baht or 170 U.S. dollars for short-haul international flights; and 8,000 Thai baht or 265 U.S. dollars for other international flights.

For refunds, the fee will be 2,000 Thai baht or 70 U.S. dollars for domestic flights within Thailand; 6,000 Thai baht or 200 U.S. dollars plus 20,000 miles for short-haul international flights; and 9,000 Thai baht or 300 U.S. dollars plus 30,000 miles for other international flights.

In Japan, U.S. dollar amounts will be converted into Japanese yen for collection.
