Sun Frontier Hotel Management will open HIYORI Hotel Matsuyama in April 2026.
The building will have 13 floors above ground and one basement level. It will offer 245 guest rooms. The opening comes as the Matsuyama Tokyu REI Hotel (formerly Matsuyama Tokyu Inn) will cease operations at the end of March 2026; the building will remain in operation as renovations are carried out on a floor-by-floor basis.
Access: 15 minutes by tram from JR Matsuyama Station.
