Open House Hotels & Resorts will open KÚON Hakone Gora on November 8 in Hakone Gora, Hakone, Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan.
This will be the Open House Group’s first directly operated hotel. It will offer 14 guest rooms. Facilities include a front desk, a dining restaurant, a tea lounge (bar), and an underground parking garage. In the guests-only tea lounge, an experience is provided to enjoy tea and Japanese sweets supervised by wagashi artist Shiho Sakamoto. Various services, including the tea lounge, bar, and in-room minibar, will be offered on an all-inclusive basis. Reservations are already being accepted.
Access: about 1.5 hours by public transportation from Tokyo Station, and about 1.5 hours by car from central Tokyo.
