Royal Hotel will open Rihga Royal Hotels’ first condominium hotel, “Rihga Royal Resort Okinawa Chatan,” in Chatan, Okinawa, Japan, on April 1, 2026.
The building will be 18 stories above ground. All guest rooms will be 40 square meters or larger, comprising 41 twin rooms, 165 suites, and 3 universal rooms, for a total of 209 rooms. Each room will feature a kitchen, laundry facilities, and a balcony. On-site facilities will include an infinity pool, a spa with sauna, a fitness gym, and a restaurant.
Dining: Breakfast will be a buffet featuring tropical flavors using Okinawan ingredients, while lunch and dinner will offer a la carte dishes such as grill items inspired by an American diner.
Access: Approximately 35 minutes by car from Naha Airport in Okinawa, Japan.
