APA Hotel will open APA Hotel (Oita-Ekimae) in Oita, Japan, on December 3.
The property will operate under a franchise agreement with TKP. The building is 12 stories with one basement level. It will offer 255 guest rooms across five types: Single, Double, Twin, Deluxe Twin, and Accessible. All rooms will be non-smoking, and connecting rooms that join adjacent rooms will be available.
On-site facilities will include an in-house restaurant on the first floor that highlights local ingredients; a large public bath and an open-air bath on the 12th floor; and a rooftop bar on the roof. Dining will feature dishes made with local ingredients.
