
ANA special ticket handling for Typhoon No. 23 in Japan
American Express and Marriott International will end the sign-up campaigns for two co-branded cards in Japan as of October 21.
The two cards are the “Marriott Bonvoy American Express Card” (annual fee: 34,100 yen) and the “Marriott Bonvoy American Express Premium Card” (annual fee: 82,500 yen).
For the Premium Card, you will receive 10,000 points for spending 300,000 yen or more within three months of enrollment; 15,000 points for spending 1,500,000 yen or more; and 20,000 points for spending 2,500,000 yen or more, for a total of 45,000 points. Including points earned from regular card spending, the total comes to 120,000 points.
For the standard card, you will receive 5,000 points for spending 300,000 yen or more within three months of enrollment; 10,000 points for spending 1,000,000 yen or more; and 15,000 points for spending 2,000,000 yen or more, for a total of 30,000 points. Including points earned from regular card spending, the total comes to 70,000 points.
On August 21, they raised annual fees and added/modified benefits and services, refreshed the card design, and launched the sign-up campaign.
