aspring will open Sleek Urban Hotel Miyazaki in Miyazaki, Japan, on October 20.
The property offers nine guest rooms across three types: 1 Royal Suite, 2 Premier Suites, and 6 Junior Suites. Each living area includes a sofa, and all rooms come with a kitchen and a front-loading washer-dryer. The Royal Suite is approximately 160 square meters and features three bedrooms, three toilets, two shower rooms, an island kitchen, and a dining table. It accommodates up to 8 guests. The Royal and Premier Suites are equipped with a private in-room löyly sauna.
The property also houses NEST SAUNA, which features three private löyly sauna rooms. The cold plunge bath is equipped with a chiller. At opening, access is limited to staying guests, with plans to expand to external users via a membership system in the future. As an executive service, in-room catering in the Royal Suite will begin in January 2026, with chefs preparing Italian, Japanese, and other cuisines on-site using local ingredients.
A grand opening campaign will run from October 20 to December 31, offering one complimentary use of NEST SAUNA per stay. Available exclusively to reservations made through the official website.
