Ginsyou, a ryokan known for its couple’s open-air baths in Ibusuki Onsen (Kagoshima, Japan), reopened on September 10 with 10 guestrooms across 4 new types.
All rooms face the sea, offering views of Kinko Bay and the Osumi Peninsula. The four types are: Premium Japanese–Western room with open-air bath “Shio-no-ne” (2 rooms, capacity 5), Modern Japanese–Western room with open-air bath “Suna-no-ne” (4 rooms, capacity 5), Western room with semi-open-air bath “Migiwa-no-ne” (2 rooms, capacity 3), and Western room “Matsu-no-ne” (2 rooms, capacity 2).
In the private-style dining rooms, an “onsen table” is installed in the center, allowing guests to cook onsen eggs and yudofu using hot spring heat. The 9th floor also features a sky open-air bath and cloud-top private open-air baths.
