Greater Bay Airlines has revised its plan to launch the Sapporo/New Chitose (Hokkaido, Japan)–Hong Kong route.
From December 17, the airline will operate one round-trip per day. The original plan was to operate six round-trips per week, excluding Thursdays. The aircraft will be changed from the Boeing 737-800 to the Boeing 737-9, and a premium class will be offered.
This route is also operated by Cathay Pacific and Hong Kong Airlines. Greater Bay Airlines currently serves three Japanese cities: Sendai, Tokyo/Narita, and Osaka/Kansai.
