Nihon Hotel will open Hotel Metropolitan Oimachi TRACKS on March 28, 2026.
The building will occupy floors 5 through 13 and 26 of Oimachi TRACKS. The hotel will have 285 non-smoking guest rooms: 1 suite, 143 twins, and 141 kings. Interiors are designed with a forest-cabin motif, using green and wood tones. All rooms feature overhead showers and provide space mindful of suitcases. From north-facing TRACKS View rooms, guests can look out over central Tokyo’s skyscraper district and the rail yard.
Facilities include a lounge, restaurant, a rooftop bar inspired by a hidden forest retreat, and a gym for staying guests. Breakfast, themed “A Journey Around the World’s Breakfasts,” offers a choice of main plate including Japanese cuisine, plus more than 50 buffet items. The price is 3,000 yen per adult.
To mark the opening, the hotel is offering a “TRACKS-VIEW Guaranteed Stay” plan. Room rates start at 16,100 yen for two guests per room (room only, tax and service charge included). JR Hotel Members rates are available. Reservations are already being accepted.
