
H.I.S., Japan Asia Investment and ZUU Funders Establish ONE-JAPAN Tourism Fund
Japan’s H.I.S. (HIS) will acquire shares of South Wing and make it a consolidated subsidiary.
South Wing was established in 1988. Headquartered in Naha City, Okinawa Prefecture, Japan, it operates six “KID HOUSE” souvenir shops on Kokusai-dori (International Street). For the fiscal year ending August 2025, it posted revenue of 998 million yen, operating profit of 174 million yen, and net profit of 118 million yen.
Shares will be acquired from Representative Director and President Noboru Seike. The acquisition price is 960 million yen, and H.I.S.’s ownership stake will be 80%.
