
H.I.S., Japan Asia Investment and ZUU Funders Establish ONE-JAPAN Tourism Fund
Trip.com has entered into a strategic partnership with Live Nation Asia.
Covering five countries and regions—Hong Kong and Macau, Singapore, Thailand, South Korea, and mainland China—users can access presale tickets for music concerts on the Trip.com platform and arrange trips in one go by bundling flights, hotels, and local experiences.
According to the company’s survey, about 66% of travelers in the Asia-Pacific are considering overseas trips for live music. In Singapore, hotel bookings roughly tripled during Lady Gaga’s shows, and in Hong Kong more than half of attendees extended their stay for sightseeing.
As the first initiative, Trip.com served as the official travel partner for TWICE’s Hong Kong concert, offering presale ticket access, hotel packages, and transportation. Going forward, it will roll out packages and presale access tied to performances by popular artists across the five Asian markets, and will also offer products that combine Hong Kong Disneyland, Rainforest Wild ASIA, sightseeing buses, and accommodation. In addition, for BLACKPINK’s Bangkok and Hong Kong shows, it will provide access to presale ticket sales as an official sponsor.
