Kyoritsu Maintenance has begun accepting accommodation reservations for La Vista Atami Terrace as of September 26.
It will pre-open on March 5, 2026. The complex consists of Central Square (six stories above ground), the East Tower (17 stories), and the North Tower (15 stories). There are 239 guest rooms in total, including Twin, Double, Quadruple, and Accessible Triple rooms.
Facilities include two large communal baths with natural hot springs (indoor baths, open-air baths, high-temperature dry saunas, cold plunge baths, and a women-only mist sauna), as well as one mixed-gender bath that can be used while wearing bathing attire (open-air bath, view sauna, and cold plunge bath). There are four free private baths (stone, barrel, cypress, and ceramic), available 24 hours a day. Meals include a buffet or kaiseki dinner, and either a Japanese-Western buffet using local ingredients or a Japanese set meal for breakfast. There are two restaurants: a Western restaurant and a Japanese restaurant.
Special pre-opening monitor rates are available. Based on double occupancy, rates start from 22,000 yen per person with dinner and breakfast included. Tax included; bathing tax charged separately.
Access: About an 8-minute walk from Atami Station on the JR Tokaido Shinkansen, Tokaido Main Line, and Ito Line. There are 151 paid parking spaces.
