Turkish Airlines has secured a credit line totaling CNY 2.9 billion (approximately USD 412 million) from Bank of China.
The term is five years, and the funds will be used for fleet expansion and business growth, as well as investments in new facilities at Istanbul Airport and infrastructure development projects.
As the carrier strengthens efforts to diversify its funding and pursue sustainable growth, Bank of Chinas Turkey entity and Macau branch coordinated as the lending institutions. Turkish Airlines will continue to advance its financial strategy in partnership with financial institutions and expand its fleet and route network.
