IndiGo launched its Mumbai–London/Heathrow route on October 26.
The route operates one roundtrip per day. Complimentary meals and soft drinks are provided in all classes, and alcohol is served in the “IndiGoStretch” business class. Every seat is equipped with a personal monitor. The service is operated with a two-class Boeing 787-9 under a wet-lease agreement with Norse Atlantic Airways.
This marks IndiGo’s 45th international city served, and its second destination in the United Kingdom after Manchester.
