Etihad Airways and Hong Kong Airlines have launched a codeshare and will also collaborate on their loyalty programs.
They will codeshare reciprocally on Etihad Airways’ Hong Kong–Abu Dhabi route, and on Hong Kong Airlines’ Japan routes from Hong Kong to Sapporo/Chitose, Osaka/Kansai, Fukuoka, and Okinawa/Naha.
Members of Hong Kong Airlines’ Fortune Wings Club and Etihad Airways’ Etihad Guest will be able to earn miles reciprocally. The tie-up is built on the existing partnership between Etihad Airways and Hainan Airlines.
