
Japan’s StarFlyer to Resume International Flights as Early as FY2026
All Nippon Airways (ANA) will implement special ticket measures due to the expected impact of Typhoon No. 26 in Japan.
As of 11:30 a.m. on November 11 (JST), the special measures apply to flights to and from Okinawa/Naha, Miyako, and Ishigaki on November 12 and 13. Tickets for the affected flights can be changed, rebooked, or refunded without fees, regardless of delays or cancellations.
According to the Japan Meteorological Agency, as of 9:45 a.m. on November 12 (JST), Typhoon No. 26 was moving north-northeast through the Bashi Channel at a speed of 10 kilometers per hour. Its central pressure was 994 hPa, and the maximum instantaneous wind speed was 35 kilometers per hour.
