The Japan-wide Yakiniku Collaboration Council is holding the “Three Great Yakiniku Cities Stamp Rally” from October 15 through February 10, 2026.
The three participating cities in Japan are Kitami in Hokkaido, Iida in Nagano Prefecture, and Ishigaki in Okinawa Prefecture, with a total travel distance of about 2,900 kilometers. In Kitami, enjoy pork offal and beef hanging tender (sagari) with fresh dipping sauces; in Iida, a variety of meats with aged garlic- and chili-based sauces; and in Ishigaki, island-raised beef and pork seasoned with Yaeyama salt and spices.
Purchase a Yakiniku Cities Stamp Rally set at sales counters in each city, order the designated local yakiniku menu items at participating restaurants to collect stamps, then mail in the stamp sheet to enter. Collect 9 stamps to receive gold tongs, 6 stamps for an original yakiniku tenugui hand towel, and 3 stamps for a yakiniku keychain.
Applications must arrive by February 20, 2026. Participation fee: 3,000 yen (tax included).
