Toki Air has obtained approval for “Category I approach operations” from the Tokyo Civil Aviation Bureau in Japan.
Category I approach is a type of precision approach that increases the likelihood of landing even under low-visibility or low cloud-ceiling conditions, significantly contributing to improved operational regularity. It enables precise guidance along a constant descent angle and approach path to the runway, which also enhances safety.
