Mandarin Oriental opened “Mandarin Oriental Downtown Dubai” on November 7.
Located within Wasl Tower, the property offers 259 guest rooms including suites. Interiors are appointed with bespoke furnishings, and windows offer views of the Arabian Gulf or the Dubai skyline.
The food-and-beverage lineup comprises 10 restaurants and bars, including a modern Chinese venue inspired by 1960s Hong Kong culture that combines a bar and restaurant; a bar for enjoying original cocktails with panoramic views of the Dubai cityscape; a restaurant serving handmade pasta and regional specialties; and poolside dining.
Wellness facilities include nine treatment rooms, two couple suites, a VIP suite with a hammam, a vitality pool, a sauna, a steam room, and a fitness center equipped with the latest machines.
Outdoors, there is a 25-meter lap pool, a leisure pool, a kids’ pool, daybeds and cabanas, a tea lounge, and a movement studio.
On the upper floors, 224 residential units are scheduled to open in 2026.
