One Five Hotels will open THE KNOT UTSUNOMIYA on January 23, 2026, in Utsunomiya, Tochigi Prefecture, Japan.
The building is a full renovation of the former Chisun Hotel Utsunomiya, and will offer 225 guest rooms. The rooms are designed as calm spaces that evoke natural elements. On the first floor, there will be a restaurant and a bakery serving menus featuring local ingredients.
This will be the fifth location in Japan for the THE KNOT brand, following Yokohama, Shinjuku (Tokyo), Sapporo, and Hiroshima. Under the theme “a social hub where talents mingle,” it will provide spaces and services that leverage local culture such as food, music, and art.
